1. Services Provided

Agile Government Leadership offers professional coaching services aimed at helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Coaching is a collaborative process, and results depend on your active participation and commitment. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age.

• Have voluntarily chosen to participate in coaching.

• Understand that our services are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

3. Booking and Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system, email, or phone.

• Payment for sessions must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Fees for coaching services are outlined in our pricing schedule, available on our website or upon request.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur the full session fee.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

5. Refund Policy

• New Customers: New customers are eligible for a 100% refund if they request it after completing their first two sessions but before starting the third session. This refund applies to the chemistry session and two coaching sessions.

• Returning Customers: Sessions for returning customers are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Responsibilities and Expectations

• Client Responsibility: You agree to attend scheduled sessions on time, participate actively, and implement agreed-upon strategies.

• Coach Responsibility: We will provide professional and ethical coaching services tailored to your needs and goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

Agile Government Leadership, nor any of its affiliates, are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Coaching outcomes depend on your commitment and effort, and no specific results are guaranteed.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If you decide to discontinue coaching, please provide written notice. Refunds for prepaid sessions will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.
